CUSTOM DRESSMAKING

It all begins with an idea for you unique bridal gown. Through conversation, inspirational image sharing, and sketching, you and I will collaborate to finalize your design.

Most custom gowns require a minimum of 6 months to create, and a year is preferred.

Pricing is quoted up front and includes all industry standard changes or alterations within the process to ensure your perfect look and fit.

Most custom gown pricing begins at $4500.00, but this can depend on the complexity of the design.

SHOP VINTAGE AND SAMPLE GOWNS ONLINE

I often have vintage bridal gowns and accessories listed in my etsy shop Blondies Retreat, as available. You’ll find other great vintage styles there as well.

I often have one of a kind and original Beth Bennett Couture bridal gowns listed in my other etsy shop BBCAV. You’ll find other original handmade pieces from creative projects I have been involved in as well as my small collections.

PARTICULARY EXPERT ALTERATIONS

If you already have your gown and you need the peace of mind and assurance of expert alterations, I can help.

I offer industry standard alterations from hemming to side seam alterations.

I offer alteration services for changes other shops may not agree to do. This includes complex alterations, changing of style details, size expanding, and other creative problem solving.

Pricing is compatible with national averages for specific alteration tasks. Firm price quotes cannot be given before an in-person fitting, but one can email me with a description of work to be done and I can provide a general range of expected cost.

HEIRLOOM RESTORATION

Are you wearing your mother’s or grandmother’s dress for your wedding? One of my favorite services is heirloom gown restoration: restoring the gown for strength of wearing, altering and adjusting it to fit you, and modernizing it just a little if that’s what you want.
